Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking a Qualified Social Worker

  • ASC Response Team

You will need to be:


  • SWE registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • An experienced Social Worker is required for a busy but supportive ASC Response Team in Adult Services (Calshot St, near Kings Cross Station).
  • A personable, well organised; self directed professional who is able to work under pressure; has a good confident telephone manner and who is responsive to management direction.
  • Duties will include participation in a Team based Duty System; undertaking Safeguarding enquiries and Mental Capacity Assessments Previous working knowledge of CoreLogic LAS social care database plus recent experience of working with a Local Authority ispreferable.
  • Working style is hybrid max of 23 days office based work.
  • To contribute to positive cultural change, embodying and promoting the values and behaviours of the council and supporting and empowering colleagues, service users and carers to reach their full potential.
  • To promote and model a collaborative and strengths based way of working at all times with service users, carers, colleagues, providers and other colleague
  • To demonstrate critical awareness of current issues and evidence based best practice.
