Senior Trainer

Rate:
£ 250 - £ 300 per day

Location:
Blandford Camp - 5 days on site due to lectures

IR35 Status:
In scope

Security Clearance:
BPSS/SC Check will be required before starting

Description:

Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide effective training solutions to add value to the business, identifying training needs and designing or expanding training and development programmes accordingly.

Produce training materials and manage the process for delivery of training solutions across the business. Create and develop key performance indicators and review all elements of the Training Life Cycle. During training sessions, identify any variances in participant skill level and modify training accordingly.

Create high impact, innovative training designs based on detailed analysis of business needs, delivering tailored training programmes across the business at a variety of levels, including management.
