Field Service Engineer

Field Based (Northern England)

£37,000

The Company:

My client is a global independent provider of data centre equipment and lifecycle services reaching more than 100 countries. They are committed to reducing society's carbon and waste footprint, recently achieving a carbon neutral status. They now seek torecruit a field service engineer.


The role:


  • Provide customers with onsite interventions primarily related to hardware failures and performing professional services interventions
  • Provide customer with a speedy and professional response
  • Mainly covering the North; including, Leeds, Manchester, and Sheffield

Requirements:


  • A minimum of two years' experience as an IT support engineer
  • 5 GCSEs at grade C including English and Mathematics
  • Driver with own vehicle
  • Flexible working required to spend 7 days per month on 24x7 standby

  • Monday to Friday, 9am 5:30pm (expectation of on call once a week)
