So what's the role all about?
***To act as key Technical Support in supporting NEC Housing System and other Applications

This role can offer hybrid working, meaning you will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days a week with the rest being from home, however we may need you to be in the office more within your probation, whilst you get up to speed.

Some of the key tasks and responsibilities include:

To help with the implementation of new processes within NEC Housing
To help with implementation of new modules within NEC Housing
Write Letters within NEC Housing Module using SQL Skills
Collecting and documenting user requirements, planning, User Acceptance Testing, and implementing solutions within NEC Housing.
Interrogate NEC Housing and help solve issues
Troubleshoot problems on NEC Housing
Produce extracts to integrate with other systems
Project manage the implementation of any new processes within NEC Housing.
