Day Hub Team Leader


Location:
Chichester


Salary:
£28,671 per annum


Hours: 37hrs per week with flexible working to suit the needs of the role, and on occasion working evenings, weekends and bank holidays


We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to lead our day hub service in Chichester supporting the Community Outreach Manager with the coordination and delivery of our services.

This is an exciting role which requires you to have strength in leadership and managing challenging situations.

The role will involve supervising and providing ongoing training and support for the hub team and working closely with other service teams to share best practice to provide trauma informed support to our clients.


In order to be successful in this role you will need:

Develop and sustain effective and positive working relationships with a diverse range of partners to ensure positive outcomes for clients - advocacy work.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. IT skills necessary to undertake all administrative and reporting requirements.

Able to manage workload to meet a range of conflicting deadlines - and to support service manager.


Excellent crisis management skills and ability to deal with confrontational and stressful situations as a team leader to de-escalate and manage the team and clients.
