We are an established local branch of larger national accountancy practice looking for a Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant on a full-time basis.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Posting purchase and sales invoices in the bookkeeping accounting software
- Reconciling supplier and customer accounts
- Posting and reconciling bank statements
- Allocating accounts manager in managing and sorting out client's data
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Preparation of customer accounts and selfassessment tax returns
- Reporting the results of the assigned work to accounts manager
- Sorting out supplier invoices
- Centralised client document scanning and saving to CRM
- Liaising with branches for their scanning requirements
- Dealing with files and sending for storage
- Preparing correspondence to clients
- Dealing with telephone and inperson enquiries
- Bookkeeping and various other accounting tasks
- Filing and scanning documentation
- Data entry
- Dealing with inward and outward post
- Undertake adhoc works as directed by the Management
Job specifics:
- Job Types: Fulltime, Permanent with a minimum 37.5 Hours Per week
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Location: CA14 3AW
- Salary: £21,000 per year prorata, depending on the experience and hours of work per week
