HR Advisor

SALARY:
£28,943 p/a

About your day-to-day responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact to answer queries from managers and staff on HR queries

Provide guidance to staff at all levels on HR policy and practice

To be responsible for managing the recruitment function of the HR Department

To undertake Exit Interviews with leavers


To assist the HR Manager and work collaboratively with the HR Systems and Data Officer with producing HR reports and analysing data e.g.

sickness absence, probation, appraisal and DBS reporting


About you:

Experience of working in a HR Department at Advisor/Officer level

A CIPD Level 3 Certificate or above (or equivalent experience with the view to obtaining qualification)

Up-to-date working knowledge of employment law, HR policies/procedures, statutory legislation, and best practice

Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office suite in particular Excel

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
