My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a Assistant Branch Manager to join their team in their office based in Hazelmere.
You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouraged andsupported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.
Responsibilities for this Assistant Branch Manager role will include:- Booking valuations
- Winning instructions
- Dealing with vendors and buyers
- Liaising with the Directors to help manage the lettings business
- Helping the branch manager with staff and daytoday running of the office
- Minimum 2 years estate agency experience
- Proven track record in EA
- Local area knowledge
- Valuing experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast paced lettings environment
- Generous base salary
- Superb independent agent
- Uncapped OTE
- Work with a mentor inside the company
- Ability to progress within the company
