Cheval Collection are currently recruiting a Housekeeping Coordinator to join the Housekeeping team of our luxury serviced apartments.

Have supervisory experience in a 5 star or luxury environment
Have the ability to delegate and prioritise workload of self and others
Have experience in maintaining high levels of cleanliness
Take pride in what you do
Have a good eye for detail/if you are good at noticing small but important things
Be a confident communicator
Have a positive attitude in everything you do

As a Housekeeping Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for our guests, concierge, reservations, sales and maintenance teams with regards to daily housekeeping requirements.

You will be responsible to organise the Housekeeping department to ensure that all the apartments are cleaned in a timeous manner and responsible for checking standard of cleanliness throughout the residence.

Supervision of the Room Attendants as they complete their allocated lists (of apartments) and offer support and assistance where needed.

You will also be required to train new team members and deal with any housekeeping enquires or special requirements and work as a team to ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.
