Role & Responsibilities

Specifically, the role will involve:

• Create design outcomes to a high standard
• Work across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate within our team to understand and challenge a brief
• Communicate frequently and provide updates on work in progress
• Take part in critiques, take critical feedback and develop final design outcomes
• Pitch concepts to internal team members
• Show interest in researching design styles and trends
• Develop your and challenge your skillset and knowledge

Qualifications & Requirements

What you'll need:

• Twoyear's experience gained within an agency environment
• Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (namely Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & XD or Sketch)
• A portfolio showing your design work and experience to date
• Possess a passion for delivering great design that works in the real world
• Ability to take projects from brief through to completion
• Collaborate effectively as part of our team
• Be selfmotivated and manage your time efficiently
• Confidence in expressing your ideas, articulating your design rationale
• Be driven to develop your skills within the creative industry

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
