Integration Trials Lead

Permanent, full-time

Bristol, hybrid

We are working with an industry leading client within the defence industry to recruit an experienced Integration Lead to join their team.

You will be responsible for the delivery of key air/ground integration trial activities being conducted as part of the projects integration programme, consisting of; EMC and running the dedicated Integration Facility in support of project investigation and trials delivery activities.

What we're looking for;

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Previous experience managing a technicallyled team
Experience of planning, managing, implementing & delivering strategies within a Weapon System Engineering environment.
Detailed and developed knowledge and experience of various Weapon System design, development, engineering and/or manufacture.
Experience of developing and improving trials documentation and process/procedure
Awareness of Environmental Engineering Standards and their applicability for Weapon System Development.
An innovative mind set to develop methods around requirement definition and weapon system proving
