Description

Customer Service Executive
Working for a lovely family run business who design, manufacture and supply specialist products within the construction Industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Handling incoming calls and forwarding where appropriate
  • Processing customer's orders on the Sage accounts system
  • Preparation of all information required for production
  • Logistics management including international freight
  • Answering price enquiries and providing quotations as necessary
  • General office administrative tasks and ordering of consumables etc

Requirements:


  • Positive attitude
  • Preparedness to learn
  • Good time keeping
  • Good IT skills and use of MS Office apps
  • Good phone manner

Immediate start

40-hour week
31 days holiday including bank holidays
5 full pay sick days
