Customer Service Executive
Working for a lovely family run business who design, manufacture and supply specialist products within the construction Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and forwarding where appropriate
- Processing customer's orders on the Sage accounts system
- Preparation of all information required for production
- Logistics management including international freight
- Answering price enquiries and providing quotations as necessary
- General office administrative tasks and ordering of consumables etc
Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Preparedness to learn
- Good time keeping
- Good IT skills and use of MS Office apps
- Good phone manner

40-hour week
31 days holiday including bank holidays
