Air Conditioning Improvers
Do you have experience with air conditioning systems and equipment?

Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge within the facilities management industry?

If so, look no further, as Arcus FM is recruiting for an
Air Conditioning Service Improver to join our field based team, covering East Anglia

  • Salary: £29,136 per annum
  • Additional earnings available through overtime
  • Van (with option for personal use) and fuel card

Responsibilities


As an AC Improver you will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks safely (allocated by the CAFM system), to an agreed standard, to meet a required service level and to provide first line response to all emergencies & PPMs regimes to our multi-site client.


An essential part of this position is to effectively diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, provide effective solutions and escalate where necessary.


You will also assist in the delivery of excellent customer service resulting in professional results, asset uptime, first time fix and quality workmanship.


Qualifications

Experience required:


  • Significant experience in Air Conditioning
  • Understanding of commercial AC service technologies
  • Appreciation of refrigeration & M&E systems
  • The ability to provide control diagnostics, repair and PPMs
  • Awareness of water hygiene and PPMs and controls.
  • Awareness of budgeting of parts and material usage
