We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader to join a Private Children's Nursery in Dulwich. This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours a week.

This outstanding Ofsted rated setting has a capacity for around 80 children and they offer great career support and opportunity for career progression.

Nursery Room Leader Skills/Qualifications:

Level 3 (or above) full and relevant Childcare Qualification
Minimum 2 years' post qualification
Relevant childcare qualifications in accordance with OFSTED guidelines
Thorough understanding and knowledge of legislation including EYFS
Empathetic, caring and friendly
Enthusiastic, positive attitude
Patient
Proven supervisory and coaching experience

Nursery Nurse Duties include but not limited to**:

viewing planning sheets and record keeping of all the staff in your room
Ensuring routines are being followed and run smoothly
Ensuring new decisions are taken on board and maintained in the room at all times
Ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed by all staff
Being an excellent role model to the other staff in your room
