**Job Purpose:

  • Location: Dereham, NR19
  • Details:
  • Support with personal care, including continence and medication
  • Help with preparing nutritious meals and shopping for food
  • Cleaning and household tasks
  • Support when out and about in the community and to maintain social links
  • UK license holder and car owner with the appropriate business insurance cover

  • Summary terms and conditions:
  • The rate of pay for this position is £14.50 per hour
  • Hours and times of work: 3 hours per week, Tuesdays morning time discussed further at interview
  • The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks
  • A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
  • Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer
  • Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
  • Free Care Skills Training provided to employed staff.
