Description

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct customers
  • Answer customers' questions about specific products services
  • Confirm purchases made at the store when necessary
  • Answer customers' questions about specific products services
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to determine the best deals
  • Crosssell products
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked
  • Manage returns of merchandise
  • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service across all channels (phone, online sales, instore)
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
  • Stay uptodate with new products services

Qualifications/Requirements:
Degree preferred. Prior retail experience preferred but not required. Must be able to work weekends during busy periods.

Must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional appearance, and be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£10.52-£11.92 per hour
