Job description:

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join a friendly and welcoming care / nursing home based in Edinburgh.

As a Service Receptionist you'll be the face of the service desk serving a high level of customer service to our customers.

From arranging their bookings, greeting them when they arrive in the showroom and making them feel welcome. Also dealing with any customer requests via phone calls


Profile:

You need to have great
communication skills be
reliable,
punctual,
organised and work well in a team as well as on your own.

Also:

• Good phone manner
• Experience in using Microsoft Office
• Customer service experience
• Previous experience in databases
