    A day in the life of a Property Valuer involves:

    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
    • Generating new and repeat business
    • Gaining new instructions for properties to market
    • Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
    • Completing contracts on properties
    • Upselling additional products
    • Preparing brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
    • Canvassing the local area
    • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
    • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

    Key skills required for a Property Valuer include:

    • A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
    • Experience as an estate agent ready to take the next step
    • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit
    • Supporting the manager by helping to lead the team
    • Delivering outstanding customer service
    • Ability to work under own initiative
    • Good telephone manner
    • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
    • Strong attention to detail

    Requirements for the role include:

    • Full UK driving licence
    • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
    • Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport/birth certificate)

    • Drivers Licence Check
