ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

dnata Catering & Retail is looking for an experienced and talented ERP Business Analyst, starting immediately, on an initial 6-month FTC.

The main purpose of this role will be to support and develop the business solutions within the ERP space of the business.

This is a key role which will play a pivotal part in the businesses ERP solution selection and development.

Developing, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems
Gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into ERP solutions
Defining and documenting scope and objectives related to overall business strategies
Prepare the requirements specification document and user journeys
Recommend the solution to the stakeholders and document how the solution meets the business need and directly traces back to the requirements.
Act as a liaison for upper management, collaborating with the IT team, business management, external consultants, vendors, end users and other stakeholders (both onshore and offshore)
Participate in solution design process and workshops
Performing business systems and workflow analysis, and disseminating technical communications
Define the success criteria for solution testing
Managing and leading testing activities, cutover, and implementation tasks with multiple suppliers
Develop system processes and configuration as applicable to an approved business case
Providing 2nd Line support to end users, providing solutions as well as indepth analysis and resolution for ongoing technical issues and continuous improvement.
Knowledge transfer to technical teams
Researching, troubleshooting, and mitigating transactional and other ERP issues
Diagnose and fix bugs, user issues and configuration issues
Document Product Backlogs
Analyse and decompose relevant business processes
Perform business analysis and process improvement
Creating user guides, policies, and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners
Create training documentation, curriculum and assist with training of end users

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor's degree in information technology (IT) or a businessrelated discipline is typically required
5+ years' experience

Selfmotivated and resultsdriven
Waterfall & Agile project delivery experience.
Experience as an ERP Analyst with an understanding of ERP and its interaction between business functions is essentialIdeally have experience of SQL and MS PBI
Experience of using Microsoft packages
Working in an onshore/offshore model.
Experience in performing service reviews
