Your opportunity


Working closely with the Central Trust team at GLF, the Finance Administrator will play a key role in providing a high-quality and timely support service to teaching and associate colleagues and parents/carers.

They will be the main point of contact between the school and GLF to ensure effective and efficient administration for finance processes at school and trust level.

This will include managing the financial elements of trips, admissions, charity events and lettings. The Finance Administrator will also be responsible for school orders from placement to delivery.


The working hours for this role are 19 hours per week, term time only, although we welcome discussions around a flexible working pattern, depending on individual circumstances.


What we are looking for

  • Someone with financial and/or strong administrative experience
  • An excellent communicator with a genuine desire to provide the best service to staff, parents/carers and students.
  • An organised individual who works in a methodical manner, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Commitment to the aims and ethos of the school.
  • Experience in working in a fastpaced environment, demonstrating calmness when under pressure.
  • A selfstarter who can manage their own workload, prioritising effectively.

Actual salary £9,448- £10,707 pa (working 19 hours per week over 39 weeks per year)
