Technical Services Manager (NOC)
3-Month Initial Outside IR35 Contract, £570/day with 4-days remote and 1-day onsite in London


Our client, a communications consultancy, are looking for a Technical Services Manager to work alongside their Operations team, Outsourced NOC team, and other support providers to provide the business a clear scope and understanding of their IT support function.


  • Documentation of contractual agreements; reviewing and challenging any discrepancies.
  • Worked alongside or within an outsource NOC function.
  • Worked alongside commercial teams to ensure the business has "backtoback contracts" with key Suppliers.
  • Have 5+ years of Technical Services Management.
  • Have relevant IT certifications


The outcome of this role is to have someone support processes and set clear guidance to the teams regarding the minimum contract requirements with key suppliers.

There's a heavy emphasis on providing a clear and defined end-product with an expectation ofproviding the most simplistic and least costs effective approach.
