My client is located just outside Wells, Somerset and they are looking for Production Operatives to join a lovely group of creators, innovators and formulators who are changing the way the cosmetics industry treats people and the planet.

Our Production Operative's really are the heart of our business, every bottle, every can, every jar and tub goes through our Production team.

As one of the team you will be filling and packaging world class products for our amazing clients.

Delighting our client is a must, so high standards are second nature to our Production Team, especially when cleaning and setting up our machinery.

By developing and fostering great working relationships with your colleagues and other teams you will be maintaining our culture of respect and most importantly team spirit.

Hourly rate starting at £10.30 with opportunity to increase quickly through our training programme.

We are an exciting and developing company, engaging in many new business opportunities, developing and manufacturing natural fragrances, skincare and beauty products for a number of successful retail brands, spas and hotels.

The role includes:

Operating machinery filling machine and labelling machines
Filling, lidding, labelling & packing bottles and jars
Packing customer orders for dispatch
Ensuring high QC standards are always met
Keeping the production area clean & tidy

Essential Qualities:

Hard working & conscientious
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
The ability to work as part of a team and follow instruction
Willingness to learn how to use machinery
Attention to detail
A positive and flexible attitude

IT Skills

MS Office (can train).

This is a full time position.

Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods is essential.

Mon - Thurs : 10am - 6:30pm Fri 9.30am - 5pm
