We have seen significant growth and are now looking for to add another Client Partner to our team, at our new head office in Pynes Hill, Exeter.

The role will suit someone who is organised, timely and enjoys working with great clients.

They will be responsible for managing our In-house and open client programmes, including observing online sessions to support trainers and learners, pre and post-session communications and other programme support.

Coaching knowledge is not essential for this role, as we will equip you with detailed knowledge and understanding as part of your induction.

In addition, we offer all our employees the opportunity to qualify as a Coach once settled in.

To understand our range of clients, services, and products you will be supported/mentored throughout.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with our FacetoFace and virtual training sessions keeping attendance, sharing screens, andoffering learner and trainer support.
• Engaging with learners pre and postsessions, collating and evaluating feedback
• Updating documents to support the programmes
• Updating on admin and reporting back to internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing for programmes, with date planning, logistics and diary management
• Updating HubSpot (CRM Software system)
• General office administration
• Good attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Be confident with a range of online meeting platforms, such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and WebEx
• Be organised in their approach to professional duties
• Good written and oral skills
