A fast-growing multi-disciplinary are looking for a Corporate and Commercial Senior Associate lawyer to join their team of around 20 professionals in their new London office.
The Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate Lawyer's Role
The successful Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate Lawyer will work with a diverse range of companies, assisting them in matters that span a broad range of a company lifecycle.
The Senior Associate Lawyer will get to work with a high quality of caseload, often against magic and silver circle firms, covering a range of sectors including technology, fashion, media and hospitality.
The Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate Lawyer will work with clients in a range of matters including, but not limited to, Mergers & Acquisitions, equity and capital matters and commercial agreements and transactions.
The Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate Lawyer
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
- Proven track record in Corporate & Commercial Law
- Exceptional drafting skills
- Strong understanding of M&A, PE and VC matters
- Proactive and teamoriented
- Strong ICT skills
- Experience mentoring is desired but not essential
