_Customer Service and Sales Support__ specialist.

You will be a part of the UK and Ireland Customer Support team with reference to the Customer Service and Sales Support manager.

We have a busy fun environment and excel in helping each other.

_Position__- In the role as customer service and sales support, you will assist the UK and Ireland markets handling various customer inquiries, order processing and quotations.

You will be working closely together with internal stakeholders, supporting them and assist in various ad hoc projects. You will be successful in the role by ensuring CooperSurgical high customer satisfaction and administration of ongoing projects._
_Your key responsibilities_
- _
- _Manage and handle Sales Orders, and secure adequate follow-up on orders, all through the supply chain._
- _Manage and handle complaints and return orders_
- _Renewal of service agreements_
- _Finance related tasks such as overdue invoices, credit/rebill actions to rebalance accounts_
- _Support with ad hoc tasks related to your business area._

_Your Qualifications__- _Relevant degree in Business Administration, Service or Hospitality._
- _Previously assisted with Order Management, Complaints/Credits._
- _Well-versed in MS-Office and other relevant systems such as ERP (preferably Navision) and CRM (Dynamics 365 or other ticketing system)._
- _Collaborative with a structured approach._
- _Eye for detail_
- _Proactive and solution focused_
- _Fluent in written and spoken English_
