Senior Corporate Solicitor

Full-time and permanent

Salary:
Market rate plus a bonus and commission scheme


Amazing opportunity for a qualified and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our client's Corporate and Commercial team comprised of lawyers and support personnel with an exceptional range of expertise in complex business legal matters.


This role will be based at our clients Birmingham office working closely with the London office and alongside a Birmingham based corporate consultant.


We are seeking someone with strong general corporate experience and able to manage their own caseload of M&A transactions primarily on the sell side.

Types of work handled by the team include a wide range of corporate and commercial work including reorganisationssuch as demergers, drafting shareholder agreements and articles of association, EMI and growth share schemes, commercial agreements, banking and refinancing and advising on corporate governance issues.


You will be provided with a high degree of autonomy and will be working with clients from small family businesses to large multinational companies.

You will proactively support the team's business development activities and build trusting relationships withlocal clients and professionals.
