    We're seeking an experienced Assistant Corporate Tax Manager to join our global brokerage team. In this role, you'll support all areas of our business concerning direct taxes, with a primary focus on UK corporation tax compliance, reporting, and advisory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage UK corporation tax compliance process, ensuring accurate and timely submission to HMRC
    • Calculate quarterly corporation tax payments due to HMRC and ensure timely payment
    • Prepare/review US GAAP quarterly reporting packs for the group's US parent company
    • Responsibility for corporation tax balance sheet reconciliations within ERP system
    • Allocate work to team members in an efficient manner and ensure all deadlines and key priorities are met

    You will be responsible for supporting all areas of our business concerning direct taxes, including:

    • UK corporation tax compliance, reporting, and advisory
    • US GAAP quarterly reporting packs
    • Corporation tax balance sheet reconciliations

    We're looking for someone with:

    • CTA/CA/ACCA qualification
    • Strong technical knowledge of corporation tax and tax accounting principles
    • US GAAP knowledge is desirable but not essential
    • Practical experience applying up to date knowledge in either a Practice or Industry environment
