Contract Co-Ordinator - Permanent Role
Established in 1978, In-depth Managed Services provides commercial cleaning services on a national scale across a range of client locations in all commercial sectors.
We are currently Recruiting for a contract co-ordinator to work in our fast paced hub based at our head office, where you will be dealing with internal staff calls from Cleaning operatives, area managers and External Clients.
The Person

- Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
- Ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective working practises
The Role
- Act as a central point of contact to capture activity across sites within a geographical region utilising database, answering cleaner, contract control lines and client line.
- Liaise with operational management team to update each other on outstanding actions and support and assist with any problems/issues in relation to client contracts/staffing within the set timescales.
- Ensure all client requests/complaints are dealt with promptly and information is logged on the system and issued to operational field based teams verbally and in writing. Correspondence to be saved in client file.
- Ensure all cleaner requests are dealt with promptly and data entry is accurate on the system for pay, booking holidays, vacancies, personnel data and training records.
- Ensure cleaner default hours and pay budgets are accurate and match the correct budgets set
- Undertake targeted cleaner courtesy calls as per KPI's set and follow up/escalate any requests/issues or potential threat to contracts.
