Accounts Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company in Grimsby as an Accounts Assistant.


Responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant will include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly and monthly Bacs runs
  • Credit card analysis and posting
  • Weekly and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Daily and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Update, reconciliation, and analysis spreadsheets
  • Weekly updates
  • Bank and post office runs

The Perfect Accounts Assistant will be:

  • Have previous Bookkeeping experience
  • Be a team player
  • Experienced in using Word and Excel
  • Experience in using Sage or a similar system
  • Proactive
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Have a driving license and access to your own vehicle
