Overview:
ENERCON Wind Energy UK Ltd. is looking to appoint a Crane & Installation Buyer. As part of the Global Procurement team, the Crane & Installation Buyer will be responsible for negotiating prices for the execution of wind farm projects, which will include transport, cranes and handling within the Region

Main Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Select suppliers according to Company guidelines and parameters: costs, quality and deadlines
- Carrying out requests for quotations (RFQ) and negotiations
- Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts
- Development of suppliers in the region
- Management of the relationship with suppliers
- Coordination between project delivery and schedule compliance
- Analysis of the market, specific regulations and laws applicable to the countries
- Market, product and cost monitoring
- Assist the manager in the implementation and execution of tasks in accordance with ENERCON strategy
- Ensures communication between regional and global purchasing managers
- Contribute to the implementation of the purchasing organisation and procedures
- Analysis of results and preparation of reporting materials
Qualifications and Profile:
- Ideally holds a professional qualification in Procurement, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain
- Global purchasing and logistics procurement experience would be preferred
- Strong negotiating skills
- Competent in MS Office and SAP experience is preferred
- Frequent trips within region
- Western Europe
- You must be willing to travel frequently within the Western Europe region (France, Benelux UK and Ireland)
- Able to work autonomously or collaboratively with strict confidentiality
- Able to work in a changing and rapid developing environment
- Able to identify issues, take responsibility and implement solutions
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Trustworthy with unquestionable integrity and ethical standards

£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
