What you'll do:

You'll work with a variety of metals including mild steel, aluminium and stainless creating a broad range of customer products
Using mig and tig you need to have knowledge of, and experience working with assembly and technical drawings to weld and fabricate what is needed
You'll work with a variety of different materials and thicknesses
You'll often be working on new ideas, new processes, using new tools as we frequently acquire new projects. This keeps the talent in our team thriving
Our quality standards are very high with mínimal margin for error which requires a high level of detail to ensure we produce an exceptional product for our clients
You'll be a critical colleague and by working smartly you'll help minimize downtime and boost output through our a fastpaced operation

We'd love you to:

Have some experience as a Welder, Sheet Metal Worker or Fabricator
If you're not qualified, we can teach and / or take you through qualifications needed as long as you can show us that you have enough skill and some experience that we can build on with you
You need to be able to easily read and interpret manufacturing and engineering drawings
Be able to safely, through use of the right consumables on each job, handle fabricated product and welding equipment correctly
Find it straightforward to look at a complex sheet metalwork part or product and plan how it should be made
