Description
Managing 2 qualified managers, you will

  • Manage the Group consolidation process in preparing and explaining actual corporate financial performance on a quarterly, annual and ad hoc basis
  • Ensure compliance with all IFRS reporting requirements;
  • Lead technical advice to directorate finance teams and support other areas/departments on ad hoc corporate or departmental initiatives/projects such as acquisitions, disposals, or other corporate activity, including involvement in contract structuring;
  • Review and approval of consolidation journals;
  • Responsibility for delivery of key departmental outputs: quarterly/half yearly: Annotated Pages and Interim Management Report equivalent and Group Annual Report and Accounts and subsidiary Statutory Accounts;
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with experience in financial reporting managing a team.
