This is a 3-6 month contract position.


The Role:


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Go-to-Market Lead for our client who is ready to spearhead the food ingredient formulation industry revolution using our cutting-edge AI-powered technology.

We seek an individual with a deep understanding of the food industry and expertise in business development and partnership management.

As the Go-to-Market Lead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with food ingredient formulation companies, ingredient suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be executing our comprehensive go-to-market strategy, harnessing the power of our internal AI tools to drive success.


  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with food ingredient formulation companies, ingredient suppliers, and key industry players.
  • Develop and implement a robust gotomarket strategy to drive market penetration and adoption.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and pain points in the ingredient formulation and reformulation process and position our technology as a solution.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential customers and stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Drive successful pilot programs, defining milestones and KPIs for evaluation and refinement.
  • Represent our company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative technology and forging valuable connections.
  • Harness the power of our internal AI tools to amplify your work and gain a competitive edge.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or partnership management.
  • Experience in the food industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the food ingredient formulation industry and its dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
