Global Resale is looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant for our Braintree, Essex location

Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing division of a huge multi office company. To support the Project Manager with SMART software and assist in winning new business to grow the department. This specific division has had backing from Microsoft.

Essential Duties and Functions:

Keeping up to date with new technology to provide information to prospective and acquired customers
Generating excellent client relationships
Liaising with our internal teams to build comprehensive solutions for our customers
Assisting with the creation of marketing campaigns
Manage and update website content
Compiling and maintaining a CRM database
Keeping customer records accurately updated
Working closely with internal teams/arranging meetings
Meeting with clients virtually and/or during sales visits
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings online or in person
Reviewing sales performance
Negotiating contracts and packages

What are we looking for?

Previous customer service background and the ability to remain professional at all times
Excellent telephone manner
Good working knowledge of IT
Clear and concise communication skills
Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly
An interest or previous exposure to Marketing
Confidence using social media
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
