Company restructure and expansion has opened up 3 NEW telesales roles based in Horwich.


Your goal as a telemarketer would be to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. By effectively conveying the value of our drainage services, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth.

- Prospecting and lead generation:

Researching and identifying potential businesses that could benefit from our drainage services.**:

  • Cold calling
    :Initiating outbound calls to businesses to introduce our company and services, and generate interest
:


  • Providing information
    : Clearly and effectively communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of our drainage services
:


  • Appointment setting
    : Scheduling appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects to further discuss our services
:


  • Followup
    :Maintaining a followup system to nurture leads and convert them into customers
:


  • Database management
    : Updating and maintaining accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information
:


  • Collaboration
    : Coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
:


  • Full training** will be given in the use of our telephone and work systems.
  • Experience in a similar role (in the concrete industry/ mix designs);
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload;
  • Ability to work along or as part of a team;
  • Geographical knowledge of the local area;
  • Have good communication, organisation and teamworking skills
