The Surrey and Borders Partnership Pharmacy Team are setting up a new pilot service as part of the Trusts wider community transformation projects called Advice and Guidance.
The service is being set up to respond to mental health queries from GPs and other Primary Care Professionals for Working Age Adults.
Led by a Lead Advanced Specialist Pharmacist, the role of the Advice and Guidance Administrator will be vital in terms of providing support by processing queries from GPs and ensuring they move through the electronic patient record systems until completion.
This will be in addition to other general administrative duties which are essential to the smooth running of this new service.
No service can operate without effective administrative support and so we need a motivated and dedicated person willing to work closely with the Pharmacy Team to help this succeed.
