OCATION:

ROLE:

SALARY:
Up to £25,000 depending on experience.


HOURS OF WORK:
Full time, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales across all departments; ticketing, retail, community and conference & events
  • Communicate with all departments to manage priorities, weekly content plan and longerterm strategy.
  • Drive data capture to grow the Club audience, managing existing activity and developing new initiatives.
  • Work with Premiership Rugby stakeholders to support the success of leaguewide initiatives.
  • Support the Marketing and Communications team in delivering any supporter events.
  • Work with Head of Loyalty and Retail to drive memberships; reducing churn and growing acquisition.
  • Other relevant responsibilities as required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be an effective team member with sufficient flexibility and willingness to take on varied roles and tasks
  • Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Attention to detail imperative
  • IT literate, with a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must demonstrate a thorough approach to work, able to organise him/herself effectively
  • Relevant qualification in marketing/communications (desirable)
  • Interest in sport/rugby (desirable)
  • Experience working in a professional sporting environment (desirable)
