Role Purpose:


This is a sales focused role working in our new business team, the individual will need to be motivated working to targets, focused on positive outcomes and the ability to objection handle when dealing with Customer or Broker to a high standard.


The main focus of this role is to convert all inbound leads into qualified enquiries for the specialist underwriters to quote by identifying if the deal is do-able.

You will then collate all pertinent information keeping in touch with the customers / brokers until they are ready to proceed with an appointment with the Underwriter to get terms issued.


Your aim is to provide a knowledgeable, professional, and flexible service to all brokers and customers while being able to deal with a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with with enquiries across all our core sectors of Bridging, Commercial, Buy to Let, Specialist Residential 1st and 2nd charges and Development Finance and in house training will be provided to help build your knowledge base.


The role will also provide the opportunity to learn and develop specialist finance knowledge with potential progression to becoming an Underwriter at Crystal Specialist Finance.

Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Previous experience of working in a specialist finance environment and dealing with the intermediary market.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Maintaining high levels of Quality throughout the customer journey & through periods of change & ambiguity
  • Ability to gain understanding of Product knowledge &/or regulation
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal including superb telephone manner
  • Stakeholder management relationship building with internal & external partners by maximising every interaction
  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service & understanding of TCF
  • Working to a high degree of accuracy
  • CeMap or equivalent qualification advantageous

Salary:
£23,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
