A top 100 UK law firm in Wakefield are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor in their Claims team, on a full-time permanent basis.
You will deliver robust quality claims handling, with a key focus on customer outcomes for clients, to contribute to the general success of the business.
You will support through a task way of working on RTA MOJ Portal cases, to ensure that clients cases are actioned effectively.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- To deal with high volume of calls whilst progressing management of claims
- To work with a taskbased case management system
- Perform to a high level in a target orientated environment
- Demonstration of excellent communication skills to deal with customer queries
