Service Advisor (HGVs)

Location:
Stoke on Trent


Salary:
Up to £28,000


Contract:
Permanent


Shifts:
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (Plus alt Sat morning

The Service Advisor role:


  • Preparing job cards & raising invoices using Kerridge system
  • Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries
  • Manning the Service Reception counter and dealing with customer requests
  • Managing of service bookings
  • Keeping customers up to date with requests, costs and authorisations
  • Completing vehicle estimates
  • Taking service department bookings
  • Dealing with invoices
  • Ensure paperwork and job cards are filled out correctly
