IT Service Delivery Manager (Retail and Digital)

London - Hybrid - Some travel within Europe

We are currently looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager for a fantastic new Retail client of ours with a presence in over 20 countries and over 650 stores.

They are going through a Digital and Tech Transformation, which includes the implementation ofstate of the art Retail Systems, and Digital/eCommerce synergy/growth.

With a fantastic roadmap and opportunity for this person to start from the ground up (a blank page lets say), you will really see the fruits of your labour come to life, and set an examplefor the business globally before starting to get involved on a more global scale.

The successful applicant will possess the following;

  • Proven track record in Service Delivery.
  • Experience working in the Retail Sector.
  • Experience ideally with Retail/Store Systems, and knowledge/awareness of Digital/eCommerce/Web related systems and how they integrate with Store Systems.
  • You will have solid experience in implementing and improvement of core service management processes, particularly major incident, problem management, incident management and release & deployment processes. You'll be responsible for the delivery, supportand operational performance of services within the designated area (as above).
  • You will continually drive improvements, service reliability, performance and cost efficiencies.
  • Familiar with ITSM tools, ideally ServiceNow.
  • You will have ideally built a Service wrapper from scratch.
  • You will have fantastic stakeholder management skills, and able to work with other teams to achieve Service Delivery excellence across your domain.
  • You will have strong vendor management skills.
  • Must be certified (or have very strong awareness of) ITIL.
