Description
We are working with a national consultancy in the pensions sector that are looking to expand their team with the hire of a Principal Pension Administrator.
They are incredibly supportive and hands on with career development so if you would like to join acompany that invests time and money into helping you further career then this is definitely a role to consider.
Day-to-day duties would include:
- Actively managing team workloads
- Recruitment and induction for new staff
- People management and development,
- Communication of monthly financial information/business plan progress/staff updates and client news
- Attending and presenting at client meetings,
- Providing technical training and guidance to the team
- Delivering strong technical scheme knowledge alongside working knowledge of current pension legislation
In return, you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £38k plus benefits that include: Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, PMI and Employer Pension Contribution of 7.5%.
