We run conferences on 4 continents in the following markets: Apparel, Manufacturing and Marine.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven person who will manage our Supply Chain Forum conferences, Marine events, and have a desire to develop new events around the world.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Effectively project manage events from inception to completion.
• Perform extensive telephone research with industry experts.
• Identify and build relationships with industry experts around the world through regular correspondence.
• Write conference programmes.
• Proofread programmes and marketing collateral.
• Recruit and manage highlevel industry speakers.
• Manage the event websites including agenda and speakers, ensuring the event websites are UpToDate.
• Write/advise on content for marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, sponsorship, and delegate sales teams ensuring the quality and commercial success of events.
• Write briefs for internal teams.
• Attend events globally and onsite speaker liaison.

Requirements:

You will be an experienced conference producer looking to join a growing business. Does that sound like you?

• 12 years' experience in conference production.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to immerse yourself in the industries with the aim to grow the events portfolio.
• Proven research and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
• Ability to build business relationships with toplevel industry experts.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fun team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent).

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
