Job Description:


Our Client a family run business based in Alton (Hampshire) who offer a specialist restoration service for domestic and commercial properties are looking for an MI Analyst on a permanent full-time basis responsible for reporting, analysing and communicatingdata to the business.

Salary & Benefits
- £24,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the production, analysis and reporting of management information for key stakeholders.
  • Provide monthly reports utilising online claims management system working to set deadlines
  • Work with third party IT provider to create and produce reports to meet the requirements of key stakeholders
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of the data
  • Identifying trends and patterns in client data, particularly any anomalies in the reports
  • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources
  • Work directly with management to gather requirements, provide status updates and build relationships.
Skills and Requirements

  • A good understanding of general insurance market would be an advantage
  • Numerate and confident with conducting analysis with a logical approach
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience developing macros in MS Excel
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Graduate or equivalent in Maths, Economics, Statistic or computer science or previous MI role
