I am working with a great organisation who are seeking a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning and implementing a full range of marketing and communications activities, maintaining a high-quality service delivery and contributing to newinitiatives.

The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing specific online and offline marketing campaigns and events, targeting employers and promoting employer related initiatives such as apprentices and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and establish customer needs in conjunction with the Employer Services and Partnerships department
Identify target audiences and ways to develop appropriate marketing output.
Exploit opportunities for enhancing the HCUC Apprenticeships & Skills profile through external marketing events
Obtain quotes, negotiate and purchase marketing and printed products and services
Plan marketing campaigns, events and internal/ external communications
Deliver measurable objectives for all activities to determine return on investment
Attend meetings and establish actions and responsibilities as appropriate
Support the implementation of marketing plans
Create visually exciting content for a range of digital channels and contribute to regular updates of information on internal and external social media
Book advertising space according to marketing plan and campaign schedule, write copy, proof adverts
Deliver Marketing materials and other printed media to planned distribution lists
Work with the Graphic Designer on creative concepts and the provision of marketing materials for internal and external communications
