Expert Property Care are now recruiting for an experienced Claims Handler/Planning Co-Ordinator.


This role includes:

  • Communicating with Clients including dealing with any client queries
  • Accepting, raising and managing works orders
  • Making Appointments with residents/clients
  • Working with Planning team to schedule Operatives work
  • Working closely with surveyors and other Claims Handlers
  • Liaising with operatives
  • Keeping Client Portals up to date with present position of all claims
  • Keeping internal Systems up to date with present position of all claims

Successful applicants should have:

  • GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience within a similar role and/or knowledge of the building industry (this is preferable although not essential)
  • The role is based in Carpenters Park, Watford working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary:
£20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
