Description

At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we have a vacancy for a
Training Business Partner (LGV) on a 3 month contract based at our
Coalville depot.

The position will involve:

Partner with management teams in all sites in assigned area.
Agree annual training plans with local management to meet business objectives.
Drive change and safety in partnership with site management.
Deliver all Driver training including Driver CPC.
Task Specific (TS) SSOW writing and training as well as some other specialist training.
Deliver the Group Induction.
BRC Quality Standards training.
Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Training 'Authorised Site Specialists' in some specialist areas i.e. LST and Assessor training.
Customer liaison.
