The Role


The QP Study Lead has the overall responsibility for onboarding new customers and ensuring QP Services activities are successfully delivered in accordance with the agreed timelines and customer expectations.


This is achieved by overseeing the coordination of all tasks within the department as well as the activities of other departments to support the QP Services offering.

The QP Study Lead is the primary point of contact for their customers within Almac and as such facilitates all communication regarding the various deliverables of the QP Services Department.


Key Requirements

  • Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK
  • BSc / BA (or equivalent) Degree
  • Significant experience in a project management role
  • Significant experience in a customer facing role

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Experience at leading face to face customer meetings

Further Information


This role is based on a full flex working pattern of 06:00 - 19:00 with a minimum 5 hours per day.

This role will also be eligible for hybrid working following the successful completion of probation.
