About the Team


The role of the team is to ensure that Suppliers are compliant and adhering to the agreed integration requirements as originally agreed during the global sourcing process.


The team are dedicated to implementing consistent tools and processes across the OEM global supply chain to ensure seamless collaboration during the product creation process.


Supplier Integration Liaison

  • We are looking to recruit a Full Time Supplier Engineer to work for one of our Automotive OEM clients based in Gaydon.


This role is primarily to manage a global supply chain via the portal, an enhanced tool built to support the Product Development digital collaboration strategy for the client's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) engineering suppliers.


The role in detail

  • Manage Suppliers to ensure that they are able and efficient in accessing & using the portal system,
  • Manage Supplier support cases via Salesforce (CRM) software including managing cases, escalating cases into relevant teams within the client's organisation, creating/editing Salesforce accounts and adding support contracts/supported products.
  • Create and deliver webinar sessions to Suppliers which will provide proactive support based on frequently asked questions and support cases as well as driving urgency to complete the requirements of the client.
  • Ensure that Suppliers maintain & keep their own data up to date in enerjyhub
  • Produce dashboards and reports for management to help review issues currently outstanding.
  • Organise communications to Suppliers when upgrades and system outages are either planned or unplanned.
  • Implement onboarding and support process improvements to align to customer requirements.
  • Capture & articulate requirements that would create even more efficiencies for Suppliers by enhancing the capability & functionality.
  • The successful applicant will be able to work within a technical environment, as part of a wider process to ensure that Suppliers are compliant with connectivity, capability and competency that the team is delivering.
  • The successful applicant will focus heavily on the management of Suppliers in ensuring that they have the ability to work collaboratively & efficiently with the client, including the resolution of issues that arise as part of this process.

  • Strong stakeholder management & objection handling
  • Driven and highly selfmotivated with a dynamic customer focused attitude
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise and take pride in their work
  • Problem solver and able to troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct information into smaller categories in order to draw conclusions
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate that you are in control of all day to day operations and workload
  • Understand business requirements to create reports & dashboards
  • A clear understanding of the need to lead and work within established processes
  • Experience of working with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Salesforce skills would be an advantage but sufficient training will be provided
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise work accordingly
  • The ability to demonstrate intelligence, integrity and energy in all aspects of the role
