Executive Assistant required for our investment client based in Bury St Edmunds.

As Executive Assistant ideally your experience has been gained within investment banking and you will be someone used to working with high-net-worth clients.

The role of the Executive Assistant is focused on supporting the directors, maintaining the Investor Portal and CRM database, distributing all client reports and organising meetings, presentations and entertainment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly successful and fast-growing business in being the first port of call for client and internal enquiries


The Role

  • Manage and respond to client enquiries.
  • Liaise with clients and legal teams in respect of KYC issues
  • Maintain the CRM database
  • Schedule and send all regular client reports
  • Organise meetings and presentations from initial planning through to meeting the clients.
  • Manage and provide the rationale for the marketing budget.
  • Provide EA support to the team of directors
  • Responsible for all administration within the team including proof reading and writing reports
  • Produce regular reports on all client facing meetings.
  • Prepare target client lists for new projects.
  • Working Monday to Friday 8.305pm, 3 days in the office, other days remote

The Person

  • Strong experience as an executive assistant at a high level
  • Previous experience working within investments and high net worth clients
  • Experience of successful engagement with all types of clients in a client facing role
  • Must be proficient with CRM systems
  • Exceptional report writing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and selfmotivated.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Capable of working within a closenit team, albeit with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong understanding of due diligence processes.
